Referencing links FOR LIVE DOMAIN

Ive been working on my shop through the direct url location on my server. Now I want to make the site live with a domain, but some links aren't being referenced the right way and it makes the site look jacked up (css not being applied).

I know I reference with the direct location on my server, but isn't there a way to apply this to my new domain?

Take a look...HERE. The domain I want to apply to it is rockfabulousstyles.com. Which is live, but isn't referencing the links the correct way.


Any help is really appreciated.
