[12-Jan-2011 19:14:50] PHP Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home1/abcdefg/public_html/cojp/test/net/config/../classes/Configuration.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib64/php:/usr/lib/php') in /home1/abcdefg/public_html/cojp/test/net/config/config.inc.php on line 21

Your question is not clear.
(1)Is your shop running when installed @server in the first place.
(2)when you download to your local pc, are you able to run it locally (assume you have downloaded your database + all related files + changing the settings.inc.php)
(3)What/any changes you made ?
(4)Did you turn on friendly URL, if so you have to regenerate again.
(5)Did you do the reverse when you up load it back to the server end.

:)

Dear Mike
Thanks for your reply. Here is answers of your questions.

1 ) Yes, shop was run perfectly at first time.
2 ) No, Actually i did not try it on my local. Because i do not have apache in local pc. (Disabled by administrators).
3 ) No, I did not changed ANYTHING. Just download all files and folders after successfully installation on server.
4 ) No, I did not turn anything on. Everything was as i installed at first time.
5 ) I did not understand exactly what you mean. But i upload everything back to server without changing even single comma.

  • 2 months later...

I too got a white page after moving Prestashop. In Tools > Configuration Information I saw that I didn't meet all the required parameters and had to set file permissions to 777 to solve it.

Still don't feel safe about doing this, altough the provider assured me nobody else would have acces to the server anyway. Since I am not too educated on server stuff the only thing I can do now is trust him and hope not to get hacked...
