Prestashop Installer

Hi

I just put download 0.9.7 PrestaShop on my ftp, I go to install, but here comes the problem...  nothing happend.

I can't start the instalation.

 

www.mylines.us/prestashop/install

 

What could be? what should I do to get start with  Prestashop 0.9... Installer???

Help me please!

Welcome to the PrestaShop Forum

 

I assume by "nothing happened", you see just a blank page?

 

The problem could be a PHP version incompatibility.  Check out this thread:

Let us know if that doesn't fix the problem.

There are two files that can't be transferred. I tried to upload via both FTP and file manager. Somehow, the system blocked those two files. These are

www.mylines.us/ray/download/.htaccess

www.mylines.us/ray/tools/swift/Swift/Authenticator/$PopB4Smtp$.php

 

I assumed that might be the reason why the page to run installation is blank because not all files are uploaded successfully.

 

those two files couldn't be uploaded due to critical error. Here is a log of file upload if needed.

what should I do / should I talk to web hosting (yahoo)

These two files don't matter for launching the installer.

 

Are you sure you can run PHP5 on this web hosting ?
