abilas Posted January 12, 2011 Share Posted January 12, 2011 Hi GuysGetting an Internet 500 Error in the Back Office when browsing the catalog, tried to regen the htaccess file also tried disabling a few modules in case that was the error.Also enabled the reporting of errors in the config file but the only thing reported it the error logs on my host:[Wed Jan 12 18:04:03 2011] [error] [client XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] File does not exist: /home/rpf/public_html/500.shtmlAnyone can help would be appreciated. abilas Posted February 19, 2011 Author Share Posted February 19, 2011 If you are receiving a 500 error its probably because of permissions that are not set correctly on your setup. I would check those first then ask your hosting company to check things over. Mine was due to a php compiler that wasn't workign correctly.Good luck.
