Payment Issues

Hi

I have seen a few threads regarding my problem. I still can't figure it out.

I am using prestashop in my browser (not the downloaded version).

My shop is out of maintenance mode, so everyone can visit. I am using payfast module for credit/ debit card payments.

The payment goes to my payfast account, but my back-office is not notified of the order and the order remains in the cart. Payment is also successfully debited from the customer bank account.

I contacted payfast. On their side they say: "Our system is consistently over multiple tries receiving 503 temporarily overloaded response from your hosting web server.
We are looking for a 200 success response, to indicate that an order status has been updated."

How do I fix the 503 response indicating that my site is temporarily overloaded?
