help h1 products and home page

Good evening, I have to insert the h1 tags on the product pages and on the home page, unfortunately the theme I bought has a bit of problems, even a level of assistance.

 

so I ask a hand for how to insert the h1 tags and any h2 on the product pages and on the home page, maybe with the category, product name and two specific words, one before the category and one after the product name
