creative7 Posted July 17, 2018 Share Posted July 17, 2018 I have the following error Impossible to add the product to the cart. textStatus: 'parsererror' errorThrown: 'SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON This only seems to happen when I am logged in and trying to add products to cart. Knowband Plugins Posted July 20, 2018 Share Posted July 20, 2018 Hi, Its seems some php warning/errors are coming while adding the item into the cart. Kindly check the error log to check if there is any error is coming OR not? Are your aware about the Chrome network panel? Checking the response of the request in network panel might also give some idea. Apart from that, if your website is live, Kindly let us know the URL to check the issue.
