Failing to upgrade using 1 click from 1.7.2 to 1.7.4

Hi, trying to run an upgrade with 1 click 

It manages to download, and works on extraction for about 5 minutes then comes back with the following:-

I switched to default theme before upgrading, and still got error -

please have a look PSCSX-9997 - upgrade issue to 1.7 via autoupgrade module 3.0
