is there way to automate the process of setting up the product combinations

Since I have 1100 products and each have 13 different sizes, is there way to automate the process of setting up the product combinations.

You could use a csv import.

All you would need is one column for productid and other columns for the sizes. If all the products have exactly the same sizes then its just a matter of autofilling the other rows.

If they all have the same colors, you can use any of my attribute modules, which all have a feature to copy attributes from one product to another, or to all the product in a category.

I would love to use one of your modules.
My problem is that I'm using Prestabox' shop and I can't figure how to install third party modules.

The is the biggest problem with Prestabox, you can only install modules from the Prestashop store.

Then I have a major problem. First they don't have a module to enable me to copy the attributes from one product to other products. And second I consider their modules very expensive.

I agree, I guess you have to decide whether it's worth it to host there, or to use your own hosting and install PS yourself.

Well...I would love to host it myself. I have a good hosting service and I own my domain name. The problem is that I already created website and Imported 1200 products. You can see it here: http://www.artsytilemurals.com/ . So the question is: How do I transfer all this data without doing it all from the beginning.

I'm not too familiar with prestabox service, I know that you can export the database, but I'm not sure about the files.

For info, the Prestashop team is currently testing Store Commander on their Prestabox service so that e-stores like yours can actually install it (which cannot currently be done on Prestabox) which would solve most of your problems.
