Only showing children of a particular parent

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to have only the childs of a particular parent displayed. This is the situation:

There a 4 brands with each their own products:

For example:Brand A has watches/clocks etc. and under watches there will be several types of watches.

What I would like to achieve is that when you click on Brand A, you only see the childs watches/clocks etc. of brand A and not the title "Brand A". I also not want to show Brand B,C and D.

Any tips?
