Change position of block cart module

Hello, I recently installed Prestashop 1.6.1.20 and would like to move the shopping cart module from the header area to the very top menu.

I'm using the Basic theme from Prestabrain, and if possible, I'd like to move the text "Shopping Cart" to be displayed to the right of the "Check Out" text.

Is this possible to do?
