cannot login

When I go to mysite.com/shopping/manage it asks me for a username and password and it will not work. I enter the email and password I registered with and this is the message that I get:

There is 1 error

employee does not exist, or bad password

When I try to get it to send me my lost password, it says:

There is 1 error

this account doesn't exist

So then I came here to prestashop.com and registered with the same email and gave myself my own password instead of the one that was emailed to me and I can log in here but when I try to use it on the above website so I can log in, it tells me the same as above.

So does it not exist? How do I make myself exist? what password should I be using? The one that was emailed to me first or the one I created in here?

HELP!!!
