my orders page is missing items. could someone help?

hi,

my orders details page is missing the block where you can change the status and it also is missing the products. it has the products block but does not itemize the products.

I had bought an orders editor module and thought that was it but I un-installed it and the order details page is still missing those items (it was a module installed from the modules page so I don't really think it effected any existing pages).

I copied the admin/tabs folder original over to the working edition and that didn't work.

does anyone know what php page would have been altered that I need to find and replace with the original? if I can just figure out what php file it is I'll copy the original over and see where I am.

Hi Melinda! I have exactly the same problem and so have other people. No products on the order page and no drop-down status menu. Nothing to do with any additional module. My version of Prestashop is 1.3.2 The only advice I have received is to do a completre new install which I can't do right now. I was wondering if you managed to get any other advice that you could kindly pass on to me. Regards Philip

you can find a thread on the bug report page about this. presta has posted that this bug will not be fixed until after 1.4.

I used the info in post #9 on this thread:

that fixed it for me. there is another post later in that thread with an sql fix but a new adminorder.php fixed my problem.

Hello;

In prestashop 1.4.2 we still have the same problem.

Most of the time it shows but if it is sold by cash on delivery by fee module, it doesnt show order details sometimes.


Not all the time..

Anyone who has an idea?
