Problem trying to install: Prestashop 1.4 beta 3

When trying to install Prestashop 1.4 beta 3 I get to page 4 (Shop Configuration).

I fill in all the data.

When I select my shop logo I get an error (after Shop logo field) stating:

"The config/defines.inc.php file was not found. Where did you move it?"

I fill in the rest of the data and press Next, but nothing happens.

I have not moved this file (config/defines.inc.php) and when I look in that folder it is there as it should. If I try to install again it says that the database already exist.

After I can open frontoffice. But when trying to login to backoffice I get the error:

There is 1 error

1. employee does not exist, or bad password


Also here I know it is the right user and password, but probably not correctly installed!
