Remove unrequired fields from checkout

Hello, I need to hide some fields from checkout like "title", "birth date" and "vat number".

Does anyone know how to do this?

I'm using PS1.7.4.

Hi,

I have provided the solution here to remove the social title from all the address form.

On the same line, You can hide the VAT number OR other fields.

Regarding hiding the date of birth field, Go to Admin -> Shop Parameter -> Customers Settings & disable the "Ask for birth date" field.

Maybe you could also help me with another thing... I'm trying to change input type of "postal code" and "phone" field, I would like to show mobile keyboard with only numbers.

To do this I have to change them to type="tel", the problem it's that I can't find where this field are created, because on "customer-form.tpl" there's no way to modify them.
