How Can i make these changes to the default theme?

HI

I want to change the default theme slightly. I have included an example image. Is there a program which i can use to make these changed easily?

1. How do I place the Sitemap, Bookmark and contact into the top right hand corner?

2. How do I allign the langauges into top right hand corner but to appear to the left of sitemap as in the image provided?

3. I also want to align the currencies next to the langauges at the top of the page, what would i need to change?

4. How do I add a text which can be translated into different languages which is placed above the horizontal side bar and is available to view on every page of the website?
