ps_emailalerts 2.1 don't display Product name in the email sent [Prestashop 1.7.3.1]

Hello all,

I'm facing this problem with email alerts module 2.1.

when a product is running out of stock, admin get the email about its status. The problem is: product name is not shown...

I'm using default email template and a custom theme for ps.

I  edited manually the layout as in second fig,  but system keep sending me email as in first fig. I'm wondering there is some kind of caching mechanism?

 

P.s. I introduced a new  variable {reference} ( in ps_emailalerts.php) in order to keep note also of reference number. If you are asking that's not the problem, beacuse it was't working even before... Anyway I made a bk of everything, I tried with stock files and classic theme also... Still {product} doesn't display.

 

EDIT: i made another try. Classic theme and edited template. Now email display Reference number but not the name... I switched back to custom theme, and again: no reference number or product name.
