What is the php href to create a new user account?

Hey there!

I'm editing the customersignin.tpl of my theme and would like to add a 'sign up' link. For that I'd need the class (if required) and php href.

I tried myself at it and guessed something like href="{$create_account_url}" and href="{$signup_url}" but without any luck.
