dapiran Posted January 5, 2011 Share Posted January 5, 2011 hello I bought healthlife theme 2 days ago from presta shop site..prestashop 1.3.4 alfa version english ..I did theme installation any error message..without problem.... I was try upload dump file to mysql not accept it.. ..I saw this error message..I attached pictures here... please check for look and see error message.I coudnt find tutorial video and documents health life template installations about all stage...I told ths problem to prestashop sell service..they reply me always but only forward me www.templatehelp.com.. but this theme need to specials setting..not standart installations.. I was search oldman author company also...But I coudnt find offical website..is this my theme design problem for only dump file..? how can dump file upload to mysql ..? i did image size setting too..but nothing change..what can I do?theme design confused thanks for help..
