I can access the back office fine, but the front office is coming up with a 500 internal server error. I have another site that I'm running with Prestashop also, but can't figure out what the problem is.This is on 1.3.5 and was a clean install. Thanks for any assistance. shokinro Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 500 error is internal server errors. There are many causes that will get this error. It could be server itself issue, it also could be problem with your prestashop.It is difficult to guess.If you have access to server log, it is better to check the log, maybe you can get some clue.Some time .htaccess file also will cause this error, you can try to remove or rename it to see if this it the cause. homesteadcastle Posted January 5, 2011 Author Share Posted January 5, 2011 Thank you both for your quick replies. Something seems to have gone wrong on this install. I knew it worked with my provider, since I had another of my sites hosted on this server previously.
