Change the permissions of either "app/logs/" or "var/logs/" directory so that the web server can write into it.

Hi, i have a problem when i try to install prestashop in my server. I´m installing the prestashop in a subfolder of the hosting, cause my cliente haves an online shop and want to renovate.

The problem is: "Change the permissions of either "app/logs/" or "var/logs/" directory so that the web server can write into it."

In my installation i dont find this folders.

Any solution? Regards, Víctor

Hey, 

 

You have to change the variable session.save_path into a public path as PS 1.7 needs that path to be publicly accessible... I recomend hidding that folder by adding a dot before the name.

The problem was solved, i created the folder logs in the app directory and it works.
