Jump steps in checkout

Hello, i been reading a lot in the formus about ONE PAGE CHECKOUT

but i dont really need this....i just need to have two steps in the checkout...

For example when a costumer adds a product to the shopping cart, goes inmediatly to registration then to the payment section...becaouse all my shippings are free, so there is no reason to have that step.

Step 1..registration.....Step 2 Payment....thats all i need....

I been trying to do it in the ORDER.PHP file, but i really dont know what im doing...
