Blank Screen During Checkout

Hi Presta-guys

I'm really happy with my shop, but I've got one crippling problem. Blank pages. Seemingly at random a page will not load and instead I will get a blank page. This is unfortunately even more common during checkout (SSL issue?) - During the different stages of the checkout process it will randomly (and fairly often) pull up a blank page, if you hit 'refresh' it asks you to resend the data and sometimes it works and sometimes it just pulls up a blank page again. The worst is that if it happens during the final step, we've ended up getting duplicate orders/charges

Also - we're using a up to date version of PHP/MySQL but I'm not sure of the exact version number.

I trun on the error log and it is showing Technical Error: Unable to add product.

I belive you have fixed in your cart. Could you please share with me what you have done.

Sorry I haven't figured this out per-se

I noticed this was happening a lot and our website would be really slow, so I contacted our hosting service and nagged them into getting us onto a less crowded and faster server. After we got on the faster server it stopped happening as much, I think it's something to do with timing out, although I've checked my PHP execution times and made sure they don't time out. But you might want to try upgrading your hosting or upping your PHP execution times.
