KGI
Hi,After over 1 year of using Prestashop we thought it about time to try to correct an ever ankle bitting blip on our site. Now I know somewhere in this forum I saw something about our problem but not sure about the end result. However, we use a site which is English with Polish added to it.Our problem is that whilist our orders/invoices are correct in English if we use the Polish text on the site and then open an Order/invoice the Polish characters are all ()^" etc and therefore not really making the work readable and letting the site down a little to say the least. We know there mus be a resolve for this and would like someone to inform us of this and what files etc need to be amended.Your help on this is really welcomed.Kind regardsIan

KGI
Hi Razaro,Thank you for your reply - have found many post in Polish and also read the posts that you left links too.Have changed the Back Office, Pref, PDF to iso-8859-2 this had no change to the PDFs that are being created. It had been sent at CP1250 - so I was hoping that the change would be helpful in some way. This issue, and as I can see is going to get larger with more Easten European buinesses wanting to use PS. So I would think that the PS team would have addressed this problem on behalf of all those businesses who would benefit from their help.So still looking for assistance on this one, have tried a number of changes including some from the Polish posts, none seem to work.Again many thanksIan
