guest*
I thought on Presta 1.4. baseprice was already included as standard, unfortunately I cannot find this feature. I will also need this for product combinations:Cat feed MiauMiau 400 g, Cat feed MiauMiau 1, kg, Cat Feed MiauMiau 2,5 kg and each combination with his own baseprice when selected. rocky
I don't understand what you mean by "Base Price". You can specify a price on the "1. Info." tab of the product editor, then impact prices on the "3. Combinations" tab to create different prices for different sizes of a product. guest*
a base price for ex. is a must have in all german spoken countries when you sell online:f.ex.Product price in the standard-version of 2.5kg is € 20,99, so a base price of € 8,40 per 1 kg. The same product in the version of 13,5 kg the has a price of 72,50, with a base price per 1 kg of € 5,37. Base price are 100 g, 100 ml or 1 kg, 1 l. The consumer must see the base price directyl under the product price to can compare how much is the difference to the next higher package in the base. This is a obligatory declaration for DE, AT and CH and also in some US-shops I've seen this declaration, as a service for the customer. rocky
I understand now. Yes, PrestaShop has that option. It is under the "Unit prices". Just enter the base price and unit there.
guest*
Hi Rocky, I see... yes you are right. But this way is a little bit user hostile (you must calculate first of all price without tax per unit to fill out the fields). It was better if presta calculate this by his own from product weight, product price and a chosen unit (if available in DB...).

Hi CD2500, did you find a solution for that ? calculate automatically the price/kg according to COMBINATIONS' weight and price ? thanks for sharing
