Fatal error [uncaught exception] back office modules

Bonjour la communauté,

 

je sollicite votre aide... j'ai fait une mise a jour de ma version de prestashop en passant de la 1.3 à la 1.5 pour finir avec la 1.6 au final. J'ai utilisé le module update 1 Clic.

J'ai tout bien suivi la maj s'est fait sans soucis majeur.

J'ai oublié de préciser c'est un sous-domaine sur mon serveur ftp j'ai un domaine principal www et un sous-domaine shop et évidemment les ********* sont là pour remplacer le nom de domaine sur le serveur. 

Par contre une fois installée, lorsque je veux accéder à la page des modules dans le back office j'ai un message d'erreur :

J'ai cherché sur le forum etc je ne trouve pas la solution. Je vois que ca viendrait de l'header.tpl si je comprends bien donc je me dis qu'il doit y avoir des soucis dans le thème pourtant sur la version 1.5 avec le même thème aucun soucis...
