MoneyBookers Not Displaying as Payment Method

I have just installed PrestaShop and enabled the Moneybookers module. I have set up a Moneybookers account and I am not waiting for my account to be validated before I can set up my secret word and get the module fully integrated.

I ran a test transaction and noticed that MoneyBookers isn't being displayed as a Payment Method. Is this normal because I haven't set up the secret word yet?

Moneybookers appears on the Positions screen under the Payment Modules.

I can only speek about the 1.4.0.6 version there is the moneybookers payment method visible this has nothing to do with your moneybooker account is not verified i believe.
