Problem Create Module and Tel Us

sorry to post this problem. but I a new Prestashop. Although it has already been for registered . But just to study the. Is problem
1. What did I do? If I want a create new module. Example. If I want to make the module can be set position via the Admin , Example if to place the position under the logo, put the left hand side of the catalog or the right of the footer to do. Please guide with thanks.

2. In a Prestashop. It have a You Account , cart ( or Checkout ) only but If I want add You Wishlist. What did I do ?
Remark : by create module
