[SOLVED] Changing text in checkout routine

I hope this isn't really obvious. I have looked everywhere and searched this forum with no success.
When someone checks out of my store they go through a process that runs:

SUMMARY - LOGIN - ADDRESS - SHIPPING - PAYMENT

Under these 'stage' headings it has:

SECURE PAYMENTS - YOUR PERSONAL DATA - SATISFIED OR REFUNDED - NEED INFORMATIONS?

I really need to edit the text that comes with these headings (and the word 'informations'!). There is a phone number and email address with link - I can't believe it isn't simple to edit these ... as they are generic.

This issue is specific to the Black and White theme. I think that text is in themes/blackwhite/order-steps.tpl. If not, it's in one of the templates.

Brilliant - thanks so much. It is actually the Elements theme, but that is I believe based on Black and White theme.
