2 days no sleep no result

First of all hello, im from uk, new to this forum, and new to prestashop.. oh and also not sure if this is the right place to post this. but if is not im sorry.

I think prestashop is great, however i have a problem that i can not solve.

i want to make the image bigger on featured products, however when i do, it looks like this:

How do i fix this?

another question is there any way i could make the box look like this, i had to do a bit of photoshop here.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Try to edit global.css of your theme, find this code

#center_column .products_block ul li 

and change width.

Also you maybe have to do some changes to homefeatured.tpl in modules/homefeatured/ folder

            {assign var='liHeight' value=342}
           {assign var='nbItemsPerLine' value=4}

.

And get some sleep :-)

thanks, i still not managed to do it, can you advice me of any modules out there thats similar to featured products module?
