erreur dans onglet Paiement Prestashop 1.4 Beta 1

Bonjour,

Dans le BO, tous les modules s'affichent correctement sauf quand je clic sur l'onglet "paiement" => une warning apparait :

mais çà a l'air de fonctionner !

j'ai été voir le fichier "HelpAccess.php" à la ligne 59 et j'ai ceci => $res = file_get_contents($url);

{
$image = self::$_images[0];
$tooltip = '';
$version = '';
$url = HelpAccess::URL.'/documentation/renderIcon';
$res = file_get_contents($url);

Je suis chez 1and1.fr avec Windows 7 Pro (IE8 ou firefox)

Que signifie ce Warning ?
