Help please, we run several Prestashop sites - usually without problems but this one giveagift.co.uk is upsetting us.  We sell almost exclusively, customised products so we have a box for customisation text to be inserted.  However, when the "save" button is pressed we get a pop-up window which says

There is 1 error

1. Please fill in all of the required fields, and then save your customizations.

 

With this particular site we are using PS 1.6.1.10 with Uberliss Theme.

It is possible to purchase an item without the personalisation.  Have tried tracing the fault through code without success, have tried removing the "required status" - no change, then re-instate - no change!  I have searched forum but although similar topics have arisen they are not the same problem as we are having.

I got an error message about not being able to insert so I'm trying this here is one of our products but it is happening with all the customisable items.
