how let the block links redirect to new windows with new url??

dear all,
here i have a question for block link
as i said,i want to let the links redirect to new windows with the url that i enter in the back office of block link,
when i do as usual,i click the links that in block link,it shows for example: i need to open a new window and with new url like :http:// www.domain.com,but when i click the link that i make in block link,it direct to http://www.kwokzone.net/www.domain.com,
so any one knows how to change it ? and make the link to www.domain.com?
cause i want to make a friends links on the home page,hope that anyone knows can help me for this,great thanks!!
