SMTP config not works

Hello to everybody,

I have many problems trying that works the smtp config but i can't. Anyone could help me?

I'll try to explain that happens: I config all settings with my gmail account, all settings include Port 465 for SSL and 587 for TLS but it still does not working.

Is this a bug with Prestashop or is product of my imagination?

According to the official PrestaShop v1.3 User Guide, you should be using the following SMTP details for Gmail to work:

SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com
Encryption: SSL
Port: 465
Login: [email protected]
Password: (Enter your password here)

If that doesn't work, it must be a server configuration issue.
