Internal server error --> after updating to 1.4.05

I've tried updating prestashop to 1.4.0.5 During update it reported 11 MySql errors. I tried accessing the website after the update, but keep getting internal server errors (500). I tried updating again, and then it reported 36 MySql errors (see below). I don't know what is wrong, was using 1.4.02 quite happily but now the whole website is down.

You can't update the same website twice. It will cause "Duplicate row" errors. If an update fails, you should restore a backup from before the update, then use the error log from the first time you updated to figure out what is going wrong and fix the problem before attempting to update again.
