pmontez
Hello, I bought a SSL Web Server Wildcard certificate, which I associated with the subdomains of my domain name "montez.fr". (So I associated the ssl with "* .montez.fr" during the setup of the SSL certificate). The certificate is correctly issued because I created a "test" subdomain to see if the https is working, and it works fine as you can see here: https://testtest.montez.fr/ However, it does not work on my prestashop:https://boutique.montez.fr/, I am directly redirected on http://boutique.montez.fr/index.php. I tried to set it up in Prestashop : In the setting of the shop > SEO & URL, store domain = boutique.montez.fr and SSL domain = boutique.montez.fr In Store Settings> General Settings, I have the "Enable SSL Across the Entire Site" box greyed out. Nothing happen when I click on "Enable SSL". And when I click on the link "Please click here to check that your shop supports the HTTPS protocol", I am sent on an HTTPS page that comes back in HTTP a few seconds later and the mention "Not secured" on the left of the tab . It's quite strange since the other sub domains I created all work correctly with the https (https://testtest.montez.fr/) except my prestashop store ... I did reinstall an older version of Prestashop to try: it is not working... Does anyone has an idea?
