Customer Service tab back office not working PS 1.7.3.3

I changed the imap information in the customer service tab, I found that the setting I used did not work.  I tried to go back to the customer service page to correct my settings and it brought up a 404 page.  I have turned on debugging to see if it would give me any error information and it still simply brings me to a 404 page I have been trying to fix this for the past few days with no luck.  Has anyone had this issue or maybe have an idea of how to fix it?

I found the solution to the problem I was having in case anyone runs into the same issue.  go into the database files and find the file named ps_configuration. In there you can find the email configurations for the imap information there is several lines called  ps_sav_imap_      after the last underscore it will state which setting it is and give you the value in the next field over.  Change those fields to the correct settings,  this fixed my issue of the customer service tab not working.  I hope this helps someone else in need.
