Prestashop 1.7.X - Migrated to New Server - Changed URL - No Modules Show Loaded on Backend

We had our Prestashop developed on a separate server  with a development URL.  To move it to our production environment I changed the URLs in the Prestashop back-end to the production URLs on the development side, copied all the files and the database and then imported these to the production site.

The site came up fine but when I log into the back-end of the Prestashop production site it is showing that there are no modules loaded at all.
