<SOLVED> Fennecs theme just not woring

I have tried to follow all the instructions but for some reason nothing works. I have uploaded and installed the theme and the modules that come with it. Attached is the screenshot of my site. Am I doing something completely wrong?

I am running the latest version of Prestashop (its a new install) the something happens with the theme "Black & white" which can be found here: http://dgcraft.free.fr

Nothing seems to be working. I have been working on it all day and got no where.

can you tell me where i can found all the file permission for this theme? or would you share it to me?
i really love this themes but i have the same problem like you at the first. im using 1.3 version
just found this themes in white and text only.

Hey.

My host of hostgator so I have access to the permissions via the cPanel then through the file manager. It will be four numbers that you have to change. Not sure what files need/should not be changed though.
