Make a new outgoing email for extra payment option

Hey guys,

I installed the Cash on delivery module. But after some thinking I came with a new concept. Some competitors just order goods with COD. Then when they get delivered, they refuse them, and you end up with the shipping fee.

It happened to me 3 times now. So I changed the concept. Now I have COD but the delivery fee has to be paid upfront. So for example. Customer XX orders 200 euro of goods. Total price with COD shipping is 215 euros. He has to pay 15 euros upfront and the 200 when the goods get delivered like normal COD.

Problem is, now I have to email customers with the link to pay everytime a COD order is placed. Is it possible to make a new outgoing email like the one the customer gets when he chooses bankwire payment? It would be very useful.
