Feedback 1.0 Module

Hello All,

I have been searching for a free feedback module and found the one developed by our friend Ciroco05.
Based on Snapshots I can see that it is a simple straight forward nice to use module - exactly what it suppose to do without overhead!
Please find the link below for further info with regards to the feedback module:

However, it does not run on Prestashop 1.4 Beta 1 version.
As soon as you click on the provide feedback option the sceen in attachment appears: (Give feedback)
- CSS messed up
- Feedback form not displayed at all
Could anybody please advise?

The other screen in attachment show the template before clicking on Give Feedback - which is the basic Prestashop template.

I think the solution would be great for all of the Prestashop 1.4 Beta 1 users.
Btw, I did not get it running under a 1.4 version at all.

If no solution, does anybody know another free feedback module doing the same?

I have it working on the 1.4 SVN, just had to be brought up to date with 1.4 coding for Smarty 3.

Can you please explain how I can update Smarty to version 3 for Prestashop 1.4 Beta 1 ?
I have checked on the internet but I am not at the required level yet in order to be able to update accordingly.

Ciao ho cercato nel forum riguardo il modulo feedback per la versione di presta 1.4.2. e credo che questo sia il post adatto, sapete se esiste e dove reperirlo perche come si vede su dall'utente che ha scritto in inglese sulla versione 1.4.2. non funziona idee?
attendo fiducioso è un bel modulo

ciao a tutti trovato anche se era linkato su.. ihihih :D cmq
lo spiego per qualche neofita come me.
intanto funziona perfettamente nella versione prestashop 1.4.2 ed ha delle funzioni in più.
si scarica da quà ed e un pacchetto con un gruppo di cartelle e non solo 1 cartella come il suo predecessore.
quindi procedere come segue:
scaricare il pacchetto lincato su
upload di tutti i file che trovate nel pacchetto via ftp in remoto
poi seguite le istruzioni del file readme che sono in inglese ma intuitivi vedi giù

dopo andate nel backoffice>impiegati>tab
e cliccate su nuovo come da istruzioni file readme.html,
andate poi su moduli cercate feedback e installate il modulo
nella configurazione del modulo troverete l'opzione per poter gestire i feddback.
l'inconveniente e che è tutto in inglese si dovrebbe tradurre e non appena ho 2 minuti cercherò di farlo se qualcuno più bravo lo può tradurre gliene sarò grato.
