Hi. 

I have the same problem, checkout in 1 page on the same version 

if i login before  order any product, everything works, find.

But if i add a PRODUT TO CART AND LOGIN after, i have the same error.

if a reload a page, then work´s find again, but the client didn´t know that.

what is the solution?

put code to reload atfer login or a button to reload. i tried but didn´t wor k in any ways. 

I don´t know how to do this.

It´s only ideas. i´m not a programmer. Sorry for my english
