Adding generated site "stores" to cms page

Hi guys, 

I am new to Prestashop currently setting up a Webshop with version 1.7.3.2. 

 

I want to add the generated site "stores" (http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS17/Stores+and+Contact+Details) to a cms page. Does anyone know how to do this?

I did find this thread about adding hooks to a cms page.

{if $cms.id==6}{hook h='displayavis'}{/if}

 Would this solve my problem? And if so, what would be the hook name "h='???'" that I need in order to display the stores.
