Admin Session problem after migration from local

Versione di PHP: 5.6.36

Versione di PrestaShop: 1.7.3.2

After migration from local (Xampp) i have a a problem with administration session

After the first login if i logoff i can't reconnect, i have to create an incognito tab or clear cookie to login again

Some time any operation i do, i'm diconnected and returned to the login screen and same issue for login again
