rocky
This can happen when you paste the product name instead of typing it, and if your "Default category" isn't one of the categories the product is actually in. Check to make sure that the "Default category" is one of the categories that is ticked, and click the "Click here to improve product's rank in search engines (SEO)" link to reveal the "friendly URL" field and manually enter the product name there.
Dan1
Thanks Rocky, you're the best. I had the same problem.
raine0001
That didn't fix the problem. I manually enter in the SEO title, and then I get the error, must be in one category, though they are already checked (btw, I have to hit save to even see the categories) I now get the previous error... it's a vicious cycle. I see this error all over the web, hasn't someone at prestashop fixed it yet? I have the latest build, clean DB and have re-installed now 3x.
