"Element" theme, issues after upgrading Prestashop

Hello everybody, I have succesfully upgraded Prestahop to the latest stable version, but there's some odd behaviour in my Element theme.
Browse to http://www.nelpaesedelvino.com/shop/ and please check the following:
1) there's a "feaured product" bar I want to get rid of
2) the default products box (as you would see on http://grainmagique.free.fr/element/) is missing
3) if you click on any bottle of wine, the product's info is appearing on pageload (and reload), but then desappears

jave you replaced the modules from the modules map in Element?

Thank you for the tip, but you didn't answer any of my questions. The modules are the same as they were before the upgrade, and nothing has changed in the Cpanel.

Then maybe something went wrong when you replaced with the element modules. Have you try to do it allover again? what prestashop version do you have?
i installed it on 1.3.4.0 and worked just fine.

The fact is I didn't have any added extra modules to my Element version, therefore, in copying the backup /modules to the new build’s /modules folder, nothing should have gone lost. I think the issues are not in the modules but in the script. Otherwise there wouldn't be such odd behaviours on pageload.
I have 1.3.4 version and I'm going to try 1.3.5
