No products found in category "iPods"

I just downloaded the program and wanted to see how to change items in the Back office-Catalog- Home category, specifically the Ipods category, but it is the same for all the other ones.
When I click on the Ipods, I see that is says :
No products found in category "iPods"

Obviously there are items in the Ipods, Laptops, etc categories, but they do not show up in the catalog so I could edit them.

Could someone tell me how to edit those items or how to edit the new items I wold be adding ?
