What about the copyright/use of the name PrestaShop?

Hello Teammembers,

If I want to startup a Dutch infosite with tips and tricks + lots of other info regarding PrestaShop, what am my limitations in using the name PrestaShop?

I will, ofcourse, make it clear who owns the name and where to find the source etc.

The only thing I want to do is offer more info, in Dutch, then there is at the moment.

I want to do this because the Dutch forum here has it limitations, the moderator mEcommerce has last been seen on the September 05, 2008 at 08:10 AM so I think he is lost for this community.
