I explain, after entering the data of the new employee and saved the profile I see this message: An error occurred while creating the object. employee (INSERT command denied to user 'Sql1104584'@'89.46.106.230' for table 'ps_employee') It's also happening with several other thinks i try to do, as upload a plugin etc. Can anyone tell me what it is? MIfzal Mufthi Posted June 10, 2018 Share Posted June 10, 2018 I think your sql database is not communicating properly due to invalid credentials when you setup your Prestashop installation. Did you install Prestashop using cPanel Softaculous software installer or downloaded the package from prestashop website and installed it? Which one?
