Tracking Number Does Not Appear

Hi,

I've clicked "shipped" for an order in back office / orders, my customer had received the notification of "package in transit" with the tracking link I've set. I also key in the tracking number in back office, but the email to my customer online consist of tracking link and without tracking number.

Please advise what should I do/set in order to appear the tracking number into the email.
